At GiftDeal, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, securely, and affordably. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.
Shipping Information:
Orders usually arrive within 7 to 21 working days, including carefully packaged plants. Deliveries near Christchurch may arrive sooner.
We aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, but unexpected delays may occur. While we strive to ensure delivery within 7 to 21 working
days, these timeframes are estimates only. If any additional shipping charges apply, you will be notified in advance before confirming
your order.
Orders require 2 to 3 days for processing before dispatch. Kindly refrain from requesting early status updates.

Worldwide Shipping
Currently, we don't offer worldwide shipping!
Order Processing & Dispatch:
- Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email.
Tracking:
Please Note: We do not respond to tracking inquiries within the first three weeks after your order. If you are unable to wait, we kindly ask that you refrain from placing an order. For further details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions. As a small team, excessive inquiries can be challenging to manage.
We are a two-person team based, handling order processing and dispatch manually. Unlike large retailers with automated systems, our tracking updates are done manually, which takes time and incurs additional costs.
Tracking numbers are not provided by default, as outlined in our policies. However, if your order has not arrived within 21 working days, you may request a tracking update, and we will provide one if available.
Delivery Delays & Issues:
We always strive to deliver your orders within the estimated timeframe. However, there may be delays due to:
- High order volumes (e.g., during sales or festive seasons)
- Unexpected courier delays
- Public holidays affecting shipping services
- Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please reach out to us, and we will assist you in tracking your package.

- Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue (if applicable).
- Our team will investigate and arrange for a replacement, refund, or resolution as required.
