All orders require 2 to 3 working days for processing before dispatch.
Standard delivery time is 7 to 21 working days, depending on location and courier services.
Deliveries to rural areas may take longer, so please allow up to 21 working days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only; delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, public holidays, or courier disruptions.
Additional shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated before finalizing the order.

We take great care in ensuring that your order is delivered on time; however, please note the following:

Tracking Numbers: We do not provide tracking numbers as a standard practice. Our team manually processes orders, and tracking updates take time and incur additional costs.
Tracking Requests: We will not respond to tracking inquiries within the first three weeks after your order has been placed.
Order Not Received: If your order has not arrived within 21 working days, please contact us, and we will provide a tracking update if available.
Rural Deliveries: Some rural areas may take longer due to limited courier access. Please be patient.
Unforeseen Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as customs hold-ups, extreme weather, or courier issues.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses.
No Urgent Orders: If you are unable to wait, please do not place an order.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed for dispatch.
Refunds or replacements are only issued for orders confirmed as lost by the courier service.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier strikes, customs processing, or external factors.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will assess the issue and provide a resolution.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

All prices are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Payments must be completed at checkout; unpaid orders will not be processed.

We are a small team, not a call centre, and excessive inquiries can slow down processing.
